Terminal's "super compelling" Kinect Star Wars title out late 2011

Ghostbusters developer Terminal Reality is making LucasArts' very first Star Wars game for Microsoft's Kinect, but it's not due until Christmas 2011.

Kinect creative lead Kudo Tsunoda revealed the due date, saying it can make you "feel you're part" of Star Wars. What he's seen is "super compelling".

"We have a Kinect Star Wars game coming out for next holiday," said Kinect's Kudo Tsunoda. "I think you could just easily imagine being a Jedi and using Kinect to make you feel you’re part of a Star Wars experience, building yourself up into a Jedi."

"I’ve seen a bunch of the game and it’s super compelling.” The Star Wars title was announced this year at E3 but has since been kept hidden from the public eye. The motion tech boss is also exciting for Turn 10's Kinect release in 2011.

"And another one next year is Forza, which is the best racing game of this generation of consoles… Those are the two games I’m most excited about," he said. Are you excited for Star Wars going all motion? Kinect releases in the UK and Europe today
